Hold Harmless Agreement: By participating in this trip, guests acknowledge and accept that Vitello’s and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses incurred during travel. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and belongings.

Age Requirement: This experience is for guests 21 and over. A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon request.

Passport: A valid passport is required to travel internationally, and must be presented upon request for verification prior to departure from Vitello's.

Inclusions & Exclusions:

The trip package includes all accommodations, transportation, scheduled meals, wine tastings, and listed activities.

The package does not include tips for drivers, guides, and hosts. Gratuities are appreciated at the guest’s discretion.

Any additional food, beverages, or personal purchases outside of the specified itinerary are the responsibility of the guest.

Travel Adjustments & Availability: While every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary, Vitello’s reserves the right to make substitutions or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, venue availability, or vendor scheduling.

Guest Responsibility: Guests must be respectful of the group, venues, and staff throughout the experience. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Health & Accessibility: This trip involves walking on uneven terrain. Guests should wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen and a jacket for cooler evenings. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs so we can accommodate where possible.

Legal Compliance: Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations during travel. Vitello’s and its partners are not responsible for any violations, penalties, or legal actions resulting from guest behavior.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 20 days prior to departure are eligible for a full refund. With less than 20 days notice, cancellations may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation, guests may choose to apply their payment as credit toward a future trip within one year. Rescheduled trips are subject to availability and possible price adjustments. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
